Refresher Course-3rd September to 24th September

From 3rd September 2025 to 22nd September 2025, we had our refresher course. Each day consisted of four sessions running from 9:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. quite a long schedule. We were provided with good food free of cost: a healthy breakfast in the morning, lunch, and tea breaks in between.

Various teaching professionals were invited to deliver lectures and share their insights on specific topics, which made the sessions engaging and informative.

On the 18th and 19th of September, we had our MCQ tests and PowerPoint presentations. The schedule was arranged alphabetically, and since my name starts with P, I had my turn on the 19th. On that day, the presentations began at 2:00 p.m. In the middle of our session, we received the heartbreaking news that Assam’s heartthrob, Zubeen Garg, had passed away in Singapore. At first, the news was not fully confirmed, so we continued with our presentations. But once the confirmation came, we were all completely devastated.

After the 19th, the entire environment changed. On the 20th, 21st, and 22nd, everyone remained heartbroken, and the atmosphere throughout the course was filled with grief and sorrow. As I said, the program was scheduled to end on the 22nd, but due to this sudden and shocking news, the real ending felt like it came today. We have concluded our refresher course today.
